Displays passion, loves pressure, craves action, inspires others, knows how to finish the job, exhibits curiosity, thrives on WOW, embodies weird, exudes a sense of fun, thinks at a high level, takes risks, loves initiative

NOTE:  Skills, experience, and knowledge should not be overlooked but should be secondary after talent. 

Talent includes:

  • Professionalism

  • A display of empathy for children and in particular boys

  • A fascination with what makes boys learn – how are they motivated

  • Pedagogical excitement

The Creation of Culture:

  • Everyone must know everyone is responsible
